看來應該是我2006年去參加Primavera年會時,某個演講者的分享。
基本上這10點的流程定的非常的精實。
只是沒有講解下,沒經驗的人可能還是很難照著用。
但最近既然陸續貼了幾篇關於實獲值的文章,我就也先把這篇貼出來,日後有機會再來逐條討論吧。
Steps for Earned Value Management (from Primavera 2006 anuual meeting)
1. Scope the entire project before project start. (WBS defined)
2. Plan and Schedule the project.
- a formal master schedule
- vertical traceability
- horizontal relationship exposed.
3. Estimate the required resources.
4. Select points of management focus. (Control Account plans (CAPs))
5. Assign management responsibility. (Each CAP to a specific function)
6. Form a project performance baseline. (Include indirect cost, management reserve, etc)
7. Measure the project's performances.
8. Forecast the final cost results. (Ranage of Final cost)
9. Manage the remaining work.
10. Manage all changes to the projects.
